Technical support covers issues that relate to the performance and functionality of Vectorworks software. It does not include issues with printers or other peripheral devices.

- Ensure you have the latest Vectorworks Service Pack installed. Select the ‘About Vectorworks’ menu item for this.
- Check if your query/issue has already been addressed on the Vectorworks Forum or the Vectorworks Knowledgebase.
Please be aware that issues that are deemed to be training related will be chargeable at current rates.
