Technical Support for Interiorcad
What’s covered
Technical support is free for users of the current version of software and the prior version for 12 months from date of purchase. This includes:
- Troubleshooting performance problems or abnormal behaviours.
- Advice (not labour) to overcome corrupt files.
- Guidance Installing Interiorcad.
- Installations of the Megabits Plugin.
What’s not covered
- Matters that can be resolved or prevented through education
- Matters that are resolved or prevented by competency
- Software setup and custom configurations (i.e. settings)
- Creation or supply of [digital] resources (i.e. libraries)
- Connections to machinery or third-party software
Time spent on matters not covered by technical support will be charged as per our current post-paid training rates and conditions. If we suspect training is the solution we will advise beforehand.
