Technical Support for Interiorcad

What’s covered

Technical support is free for users of the current version of software and the prior version for 12 months from date of purchase. This includes:

• Troubleshooting performance problems or abnormal behaviours.
• Advice (not labour) to overcome corrupt files.
• Guidance Installing Interiorcad.
• Installations of the Megabits Plugin.

What’s not covered

• Matters that can be resolved or prevented through education
• Matters that are resolved or prevented by competency
• Software setup and custom configurations (i.e. settings)
• Creation or supply of [digital] resources (i.e. libraries)
• Connections to machinery or third-party software

Time spent on matters not covered by technical support will be charged as per our current post-paid training rates and conditions. If we suspect training is the solution we will advise beforehand.

Coaching

Conditions

• For one-on-one or customised group coaching (both online and in-person) a charge of $290 + GST will apply to scope and research the request.
• If initial scoping exceeds two hours, we will be in touch to assess whether you wish to proceed.
• Our coaches are professional users of Vectorworks and Interiorcad. They will investigate your coaching needs and request further information and files to estimate the cost of your requirements.
• Once the scoping is completed, we will provide you with a proposal for your coaching, a schedule and a quote.
• A stable and suitably fast internet connection is required for online coaching ≥ 10 Mbps
• Deferrals must be requested 24 hours before the event or a recovery fee 25% of the session total will be charged
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the event or a recovery fee 50% of the session total will be charged

Free/included Resources

Vectorworks and Interiorcad have both comprehensive documentation and free coaching resources for their software. If you need assistance locating these or if you are considering our personalised, targeted coaching services, please call us to discuss.
