Technical Support

What’s covered

Technical support is free for users of the current version of software and the prior version for 12 months from date of purchase. We will provide advice or assistance to:

  • Install software we supply
  • Addressing performance problems or abnormal behaviours

What’s not covered

  • Matters that can be resolved or prevented through product knowledge/education
  • Software setup and custom configurations (i.e. settings)
  • Creation or supply of [digital] resources (i.e. libraries)
  • Connections to machinery or third-party software

Time spent on matters not covered by technical support will be charged as per our current post-paid training rates and conditions. If we suspect training is the solution we will advise beforehand.



  • Prepaid training warrants a minimum purchase of 5 hours, in whole hour increments
  • Post-paid training attracts a $20+GST administration fee and is charged in 15 min increments
  • Post-paid training is invoiced weekly. Payment is due within 7 days of issue.
  • A stable and suitably fast internet connection is required for online training ≥ 10 Mbps
  • Deferrals must be requested 24 hours before the event or a recovery fee 25% of the session total will be charged
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the event or a recovery fee 50% of the session total will be charged

Onsite within Auckland RegionThe lesser of either travel time @ $145+GST/hr or distance @ $0.70/km
Onsite outside Auckland RegionTransportation & accomodation costs, apportioned accordingly
